Nearly 900 gifts worth more than $85,000 were given in the first six months after the Gifts with Vision catalogue launched (November 2011–May 2012). That’s a wonderful amount of creative gift-giving!
Fresh well water for families in Zambia, school fees for children in Haiti, and doctor visits in Gaza were the three most given gifts of those available in this catalogue. Canadian partners had the next three most given gifts: Christmas dinners and weeks of day camp in Montreal, and kitchen/dining improvements at First United Church in Vancouver. Thanks to all the gift-givers for helping create a better world.
